Overheard:: Science seizes our imagination :: It was a dark and starry night. Venus was high in the sky, shining brightly. The man said to his companion, "It's a good thing we've learned from science and history that Venus is a star, otherwise we might think it's a supernatural phenomenon and be filled with fear and awe." His companion replied, "A planet." "What,?" he said. "Venus," she said, "is a planet, not a star." Duh
